Cotignac Has a New Supper Club

Nestled  under  the  cliffs  in  the  heart  of  Cotignac  is Les  Clandestinsa  table  for  twelve,
where  once  a  week  you  can  kick  off  your  shoes  and  dine  under  the  stars  in  a  laid-back
atmosphere of convivial conversation.
Each  week  will  feature  a  different  fixed  menu  of  unfussy  seasonal  cuisine,  using,  when
possible, ingredients sourced from local growers, artisan producers, and Mother Nature.
Your hosts and chefs (using the term loosely) will be friends Georges, Provençal thru and thru, and Pamela,  a  displaced  New  Yorker.   Once fierce competitors  in the annual  Cotignac  Concours de Soupe, they have retired their duelling ladles in favour of  their mutual love of  food and good company to serve up a bit of chalk and cheese.

So come  with  your  amour,  your  mom,  your  mates,  or  just  with  your  smile  and  rub  elbows with locals and tourists, aristocrats and reprobates, the civilized and the debaucherous for an evening of food and folly.
Our debut dinner is scheduled for July 6th and places are limited so please reserve early by calling 06 22 94 89 53. To receive upcoming menus, sign up for our mailing list by sending your name and email address to cotignacpam@gmail.com.
We look forward to seeing your happy faces around our table for twelve at Les Clandestins, where you dine with strangers and leave with new friends.  A bientot!
